LAPD detectives need help solving 2020 murder case

The Los Angeles Police Department needs help solving a 2020 murder.

The suspected murder occurred on October 29, 2020, around 7:30 p.m. on 84th Street near Hoover Street. Investigators said the woman was walking when someone shot her.

Police believe the shooter was driving an older Mercedes Benz C or E-Class model with a sunroof and tinted windows. The LAPD believes the vehicle is either silver, gray or gold in color.

The Los Angeles City Council has offered a $50,000 reward for any information leading to the identification, arrest and prosecution of those responsible.
