Shots were reported in the area of ​​two homes in Warren, Ohio: Police

WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – The Warren Police Department was reportedly investigating two separate shooting incidents over the weekend.

Police said they responded to the first incident in the 800 block of Fourth Street Southwest around 9:30 p.m. Friday.


Police said they saw bullet casings on the roadway at the address. A man told police he was lying in bed watching television when he heard gunshots outside. The man reportedly saw bullet holes in the front window and walls of the home. The man told police he wasn’t sure who shot at the house.

Police reportedly photographed and collected approximately 12 shell casings.

Warren police also investigated another shooting incident Saturday just before 3 p.m

Police were called to the 3100 block of Randolph Street Northwest. A woman told police that two people shot at each other outside her apartment on Wednesday. The woman decided to go inside and hide in the apartment.

Police noticed a bullet hole in her front picture window when the bullet hit the living room wall. Police said the woman notified them after the shots were fired, but she didn’t notice the damage until days later.

Warren police filed a report on the incident.
