McCue Jury and Partners said the women wanted to take Tate to the UK Supreme Court.

The law firm said all four women allege Tate raped and assaulted them and are seeking “compensation for the injuries they suffered as a result.”

The Crown Prosecution Service had already decided not to prosecute Tate in 2019.

A spokesman for Andrew Tate said: “The allegations made by these four women are demonstrably false and are vehemently denied.”

“Andrew’s legal team will vigorously defend him against these allegations.”

One of the alleged attacks involved the 36-year-old “choking her until the blood vessels in her eyes burst, beating her with a belt, raping her multiple times and forcibly controlling her.”

One woman claimed he texted her: “I love raping you.”

Matthew Jury, a lawyer at McCue Jury & Partners, said back in 2023 that he was confident the alleged victims could sue Tate.

He said: “We know he is a wealthy person.

“Depending on which country assets are located in, UK judgments may be enforceable abroad.”

Inside the twisted world of Andrew Tate and his brother as the couple faces “rape allegations in Britain.”

At the time of the alleged crimes, three women went to police, but prosecutors did not press charges after a four-year investigation.

The former kickboxer is already awaiting trial in Romania on charges of human trafficking and forming a criminal gang to exploit women – allegations he denies.

Tate and his controversial brother Tristan have been charged with ten counts of rape and sexual assault in the past.

Who is Andrew Tate?

Tate first gained fame through a short-lived appearance on Big Brother.

He was axed from the reality show after alleged footage surfaced online showing him hitting a woman.

Outside of reality TV, he was a successful kickboxer and entrepreneur.

Tate built an image that resonated with teenagers – and created an online empire that made him one of the most searched people on Google.

Much of the content disguised as lifestyle advice is considered extremely sexist and is intended to promote violence against women.

His influence has spread alarmingly among young men and boys. A British MP said he was “brainwashing” children.

In addition to the four Brits, Andrew and Tristan are also accused of recruiting women on social media platforms and luring them to their villa on the outskirts of Bucharest.

Both men are said to have pretended to fall in love with the women before tricking them into working for their company and forcing them to perform sexual acts on webcams.

Two Romanian suspects – model Georgiana Naghel and former police officer Luana Radu – have also been formally charged.

The four were released under house arrest in August last year.
