South Windsor man charged in May domestic incident

SOUTH WINDSOR – South Windsor police arrested 44-year-old Jason D. Diulio on Tuesday following a domestic violence incident last month.

Diulio was taken into custody at 12:34 p.m. on a warrant for his arrest. He was charged with third-degree criminal damage and disorderly conduct, among other charges.

According to the police report, the arrest stems from an incident on May 20 in which Diulio allegedly tried to provoke an argument with the victim.

He is accused of screaming, slamming and punching closet doors, and hitting and kicking the victim’s vehicle, causing minor damage.

After his arrest, Diulio was arraigned and released on $1,000 bail.

He is scheduled to appear before Manchester High Court at 9am today.
