Driver dies after losing control of his motorcycle

Montgomery County Police are investigating a fatal motorcycle crash that occurred at 1:23 a.m. Wednesday in the area of ​​Columbia Pike and Fairland Road in Silver Spring.

According to preliminary investigations, the motorcyclist lost control of his vehicle and was thrown out. The adult man was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.

Police are continuing their investigation and will release the victim’s name after notifying his relatives.
