Police investigate fatal accident in Tampa

TAMPA, Fla. – Tampa police are investigating a fatal crash after finding an unconscious man on East Busch Boulevard in Tampa.

Police said the accident occurred shortly before 2 a.m. on Wednesday and are still trying to determine the cause. Life-saving measures were taken, but the man succumbed to his injuries.

The road was closed between Wick Place and Larkhall Place but has now reopened.
