Josh Allen works on launching the movement in seventh grade

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WHEC) – It’s never too late to hone your skills. That surely goes for Buffalo Bills star quarterback Josh Allen.

Allen, entering his seventh full season in the NFL, has thrown for at least 4,200 yards in each of the last four seasons. But he thinks there is still a level to go.

“There are inefficiencies that every quarterback can find. Show me the perfect pitcher, I’ll tell you there’s something wrong with him,” Allen said.

Of course, for Allen, who arguably has the strongest arm in the NFL, there has always been talk about his decision-making. He has thrown a career-worst 18 interceptions in 2023.

The two may not have a direct correlation, but a shorter throwing motion could benefit that part of his game.

Allen also mentioned the difficulties encountered in amending his motion.

“It’s like changing a golf swing. As long as you trust it and continue to work at it every day, the results will come,” Allen said.

Of course, Allen is also working to get used to throwing the ball to new wide receivers. This is the Buffalo Bills’ first offseason in a long time where change is a major theme.
