Man allegedly attempted to sexually abuse woman in Osmarea Dr.

AUSTIN, Texas – The Austin Police Department (APD) is asking the public for help in identifying a man who investigators say attempted to sexually assault a woman while she was walking her dog in March.

According to APD, the woman was walking her dog on Osmarea Drive in northwest Austin near Cedar Park around 9 p.m. on March 30 when a man exposed himself to her. The man then allegedly attempted to sexually assault her before leaving the area on foot toward Eucalyptus Boulevard.

The man is described as being between 17 and 25 years old. He is 1.68 m tall and slim. He was last seen wearing dark-colored basketball shorts, a light-colored T-shirt, a beanie hat and glasses.
