In an emotional interview, actor Kevin Spacey admitted to being “too pushy” and “touching someone sexually” even though the person did not want it.

The “House of Cards” actor was accused of sexual misconduct in 2017, but was found not guilty in New York in 2022.

In a separate trial in London, he was acquitted of sexual assault charges in 2023.

However, he is expected to face trial again in the UK in early 2025 because another man has accused him of being sexually assaulted by Spacey. Spacey has denied these allegations.

In an interview with Piers Morgan, the two-time Oscar winner spoke in detail for the first time in about seven years.

In the interview, which first aired on Tuesday, the 64-year-old admitted to misconduct and admitted to behaving inappropriately towards people.

When asked about his “bad behavior,” Kevin replied that he had “crossed the boundaries.”

He later said: “I was too pushy and touched someone sexually in a way that I didn’t know at the time that the person didn’t want.”

Piers replied: “Some people would say it’s criminal. If you sexually grope people against their will, that’s a crime.”

Mr Spacey came out as gay the same day the allegations against him emerged.

The “Usual Suspects” actor said he wanted to be “an equally positive voice” for those struggling with their sexuality.

He added that he wanted to show that he was a “man of good character.”
