Ricochet leaves WWE Raw in ambulance after Bron Breakker attack

Ricochet left WWE Raw in an ambulance on Monday after being attacked by Bron Breakker.

The two wrestlers clashed backstage before Breakker threw Ricochet to the floor. Breakker then hurled Ricochet into the windshield of a car, leaving him visibly shaken.

Ricochet was then loaded into an ambulance along with his fiancée Samantha Irvin.

Monday night’s event could have been Ricochet’s last WWE Raw. The 35-year-old star has reportedly told the company that he plans to leave the company after his contract expires in the summer.

“We’ve been told that Ricochet will likely be written out of WWE storylines very soon before his contract expires,” PW Insider’s Mike Johnson reported Saturday.

Johnson also reported that Ricochet has no more WWE shows scheduled after Monday’s Raw event (h/t Cageside Seats’ Sean Reuter). While Ricochet could return to WWE one day, his time with the company appears to be over for now.

During his WWE career, Ricochet has won the WWE Intercontinental Championship, the United States Championship and the WWE NXT North American Championship.

If this is the last time Ricochet steps into the ring for WWE, he probably would have liked to end his career under different circumstances.
