Performance Actor Michael Rainey Jr. speaks out after he was groped in the middle of a live stream event over the weekend.

The 23-year-old actor appeared in an episode of The Tylil Show when the sexual assault occurred.

host Thomas spoke out and claimed that his sister was the one who was groped MichaelThe host said: “Following the events that occurred during my stream last night, I want to sincerely apologize to Michael and his family for what happened. My little sister behaved completely wrong and went off the rails. What she did was very inappropriate and unacceptable. I am truly ashamed and disgusted by her behavior.”

“After seeing the clip, I was completely surprised by what she did,” Tylil added. “I will take extreme precautions on future streams to avoid similar issues and have banned her from participating in future streams. I will not tolerate any form of abuse.”

Michael used his Instagram stories to make a statement.

“By now everyone has seen the video circulating on the Internet,” Michael he said. “I’m still in shock and don’t know exactly how to process what happened last night. This is an unfortunate situation that I do not condone in any way. I cannot take this lightly because I know that if the roles were reversed, I would be in serious trouble.”

“The fact is that sexual assault is never okay, regardless of gender or status. We are all human and should respect each other. Most importantly, we should always respect ourselves,” he added.
