Police search for Nokesville man accused of sexually abusing teenager

Investigations into sexual assault – On June 10, detectives completed the investigation into a sexual assault that allegedly occurred sometime between May 1 and June 5 at a residence in the Nokesville neighborhood of Prince William County.

The investigation revealed that the victim, who was under 15 years of age, was sexually abused during the above-mentioned period by the accused, who was known to the victim.

Following the investigation, police officers obtained arrest warrants against the defendant, Arturo Gomez Toribio.

Attempts to locate the accused were unsuccessful.

Wanted: Arturo Gomez Toribio, 58, of Nokesville, described as a Latino man, approximately 5 feet 3 inches tall, 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

He is wanted for forced sodomy and indecent behavior.
