Car crash in Winchester, Mendenhall leaves one dead and two injured

MEMPHIS, Tennessee – One person is dead and two others injured in a car crash Monday morning in southwest Memphis.

Shortly before 7 a.m., officers said they responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Winchester Road and Mendenhall Road.

According to MPD, a man was pronounced dead at the scene.

Another man and a woman were taken to a nearby hospital. Their condition is not critical, police said.
