The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 06/08/2024 at approximately 8:08 p.m., their office received a report of a person falling out of the bed of a truck at Belle Prairie Park on Haven Road, approximately two miles north of Little Falls, MN, in Belle Prairie Township.

According to the sheriff’s office, 34-year-old Kirsten Lee Vander Martin of Little Falls, MN was driving a truck on the paved path in Belle Prairie Park. 37-year-old Jessica Muller of Little Falls, MN was sitting in the bed of the moving truck holding a dog leash while the dog was running. The dog leash became tangled around a tree and Muller was pulled from the vehicle onto the paved path. Muller was taken by Mayo Clinic ambulance to St. Gabriel’s Hospital with unknown injuries.

The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Little Falls Police and Mayo Clinic Ambulance.
