Pune: Two minor girls gang-raped under the jurisdiction of Pargaon Karkhana police station in Ambegaon taluka, video clip shot

The accused forwarded a video clip of the act involving a girl, which a defendant showed to another underage victim, which led to a sexual abuse case against him.

The girls’ mother filed a complaint at Pargaon Karkhana police station. The accused were identified as Awadhooth Raju Panchraj, Kunal Kailas Borade and Mahesh Subhash Tambe, along with the two minor boys.

A case of rape and sexual harassment was registered against them under the IT Act and the POCSO Act, 2012. Panchraj, Borate and Tambe were arrested. The two minor boys were detained.

According to police, the two minor girls were gang-raped. The two minor boys, Panchraj and Borate, entered their house when the minor girls were alone. They raped the sisters in turns. When the girls tried to resist, the accused threatened to kill and beat them.

Borade filmed the incident where an underage boy sexually abused a girl. Tambe showed this video clip to a victim and told her to send another victim to a place where she misbehaved with her. The underage girls’ mother filed a complaint with the police.

The minor boys were sent to an observation home. Panchraj, Borade and Tambe were produced before the court after their arrest. They were remanded in police custody till Friday. API Netaji Gandhare disclosed these details.
