Sheriff of San Mateo County

San Mateo County sheriff’s officers arrested two men on weapons charges in Montara after midnight Saturday. Officers were responding to complaints of a disruptive party when they spotted a vehicle connected to a previous crime, a sheriff’s news release said. Officers identified two men connected to the vehicle and briefly held them at gunpoint after the suspects reached into their pockets as officers approached, the news release said.

Further investigation revealed that one of the suspects, 27-year-old Paris France Davis of Santa Ana, a convicted felon with an outstanding arrest warrant from the Los Angeles Police Department, was in possession of two loaded Glock automatic firearms. He was charged with carrying a concealed firearm in a vehicle and possession of a firearm and ammunition as a felon.
