Two are involved in a motorcycle accident

The Geary County Sheriff’s Department reported that officers responded to US 77 Highway at mile marker 157 on Tuesday evening for a personal injury crash.

Austin N. Davis of Manhattan, Kansas, was riding his 2023 Yamaha motorcycle northbound on US 77 Highway at mile marker 157. As Davis began to pull into BJ’s Supermarket, he was approached by Tristan G. Baca of Ft. impressed. Riley operating his 2020 Triumph motorcycle.

Both drivers sustained injuries and were transported to Stormont Vail Emergency Room by Junction City EMS/Fire Department.
