Police respond to shooting at NorthTown Mall; no injuries reported

Spokane police were called to NorthTown Mall because shots were fired Sunday afternoon.

At around 4 p.m., Spokane police responded to a call that shots had been fired outside the Mustard Seed Asian Cafe in the North Side Mall. Police say the suspects fled the scene.

Police recovered a bullet casing. Several cars that were not involved in the shooting were also hit.

As of Sunday afternoon, no casualties had been reported, nor had any suspects been arrested or identified.
