Two dead in Princeton house explosion | News

(Princeton, MN) – The Mille Lacs County Sheriff’s Office and the state fire marshal are still investigating a deadly house explosion in Princeton early Tuesday morning. . When sheriff’s deputies arrived on scene, they found a single-family home that had apparently exploded and had a large debris field that was partially engulfed in flames. A search of the rubble found two victims, 60-year-old Royce Kreger Jr. and his wife, 61-year-old Katherine Kreger. Both were dead at the scene of the accident. According to officials, one of the family’s dogs was also found dead in the rubble.
