Fairbanks man arrested for arson after two years | Local news

A deputy fire officer conducted an investigation, identified two separate and distinct sources of fire and ruled the fire to be arson, the dispatch report said.

A grand jury in Fairbanks on Thursday indicted 52-year-old Eric William Kline on charges of first-degree burglary, second-degree arson, first-degree criminal damage, third-degree criminal damage and tampering with evidence.

Kline was arrested Friday on a $150,000 warrant.

Deputy Fire Chief Kyle Carrington said: “It was a long, complicated investigation.”
