Missing person report issued for 12-year-old girl from Jackson

JACKSON, Mississippi (WJTV) – A missing/endangered person report has been issued for a 12-year-old girl from Jackson.

Agents with the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation (MBI) said Frances Echols was last seen in the 3700 block of California Avenue shortly before 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 8. She was wearing a brown crop top and leggings.

Family members said Echols suffers from a medical condition that could impair her judgment.
