The principal accused of raping a minor girl in Kaushambi, Uttar Pradesh, was arrested by police on Sunday. On Friday, the principal of a private school had raped a minor student from a poor family by luring her with government benefits.

After the video went viral on social media, the student attempted suicide by jumping in front of a train on Saturday. The condition of the minor student remains critical.

On Friday, the video of the school principal committing obscene acts went viral on social media. Police registered a case. Several teams were deployed to arrest the accused. The victim had attempted suicide on Saturday. He was admitted to Prayagraj Hospital in a critical condition.

According to media reports, the student’s mother has filed a complaint with the police. According to the complaint, she had gone to work on April 29. Her husband had gone to work. Meanwhile, the school principal Devendra Mishra came home at 11 a.m. When he found his daughter alone, he raped her. The principal also shot an obscene video. Then he strangled her and threatened to kill her.

The daughter remained silent out of fear. The video then went viral on Thursday evening. It shows the headmaster committing obscene acts with his daughter. When I asked the daughter about it, she told me the whole story. A report was then filed at the police station.

During this time, the student attempted suicide. Her condition remains critical. The brother of the affected student said that despite the charges being filed against Principal DK Mishra, the police are not taking any action. Due to this, the sister attempted suicide. He is being threatened with withdrawal of the charges.
