Peoria police searching for 2-year-old girl reportedly abducted by noncustodial parent

PEORIA, AZ (AZFamily) – Police are searching for a toddler who was kidnapped by his non-custodial parent on Saturday afternoon.

At around 2:45 p.m., Peoria Police responded to a call about a family disturbance near Lake Plesant Parkway and Speckled Gecko Drive, just north of Deer Valley Road.

When officers arrived, they learned that a non-custodial parent, 52-year-old Kevin Carr, was on site for a supervised visit with his two-year-old daughter, Kirby Carr, and disappeared with Kirby after the visit. Police say Kevin does not have custody of Kirby.

According to police, Kevin drove away in a blue 2014 Fiat 500 with Arizona license plate M5A6EM. The car reportedly has a silver stripe on the roof and a Milwaukee toolbox attached to the trailer hitch.

Kevin Carr is described as Caucasian, approximately 6’1″ tall and weighing approximately 135 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a dark colored shirt and shorts.

Kirby Carr is a two-year-old girl, approximately 3 feet tall and weighing approximately 29 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes and was wearing a blue dress with a pink and blue bow in her hair.
