SOURCE SPORTS: Chiefs WR Rashee Rice is under investigation for assault at a nightclub

Rashee Rice’s offseason is going to be disastrous. According to WFAA-Dallas, Rice is under investigation for assaulting a photographer in Dallas. Rice allegedly hit the man in Lit Kitchen.

Just last month, Rice turned himself in to police for his role in a six-car crash in Dallas after driving his Lamborghini over 100 miles per hour. He faces a $1 million lawsuit in this case. Rice also faces six counts of collision causing bodily harm, one count of collision causing serious bodily injury and one count of aggravated assault.

Rice was booked into the DeSoto Jail on a $40,000 bond for that crash.

His attorney, State Senator Royce West, issued a statement saying, “Mr. Rashee Rice turned herself in today and was released on bail. I would like to reiterate Mr. Rice’s continued cooperation with law enforcement. Mr. Rice recognizes his actions and has deep compassion for those injured in this accident. Our legal team is now tasked with reviewing all legal documents.”
