Police say investigation underway after Tampa shooting leaves man injured

TAMPA, Florida – The Tampa Police Department (TPD) is currently investigating a shooting after a man was injured and taken to a local hospital Saturday evening.

On Saturday at 7:25 p.m., TPD responded to a call in the area of ​​14th and Yukon Streets regarding a person possibly shot.

Upon arrival, officers found a man with trauma to his lower body.

He was taken to hospital and is in stable condition.

No arrests have been made so far.
