Amber Alert for 1-year-old kidnapped in West Covina

An Amber Alert was issued Wednesday morning following the abduction of a 1-year-old boy in West Covina, authorities said.

WEST COVINA, Calif. (KABC) — An Amber Alert was issued Wednesday morning following the abduction of a 1-year-old boy in West Covina, authorities said.

The California Highway Patrol issued the warning just before 2 a.m

The victim, Weston Landrum, was last seen at North Grand Avenue and Fairway Lane on Tuesday evening around 9 p.m.

The one-year-old child is said to have blonde hair and blue eyes. He was wearing camouflage pants and a gray shirt with a picture of a rabbit on it.

According to authorities, the suspect in the kidnapping is 46-year-old Wesley Williams. He was last seen wearing a Hawaiian shirt and blue jeans. He has a striking wing tattoo on his neck.

He was last seen driving a white 2014 Toyota Tacoma with California license plate 75001B3.

The relationship between the two is unclear.
