Agricultural accident leads to death of Parkers Prairie man

A man who was working with others on a tillage machine was trapped under the machine. According to the accident report yesterday (May 7), at 1:26 p.m., the Parkers Prairie Fire Department, along with Parkers Prairie Ambulance and North Memorial Ambulance, assisted the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office on a 911 call regarding an accident on a farm. All life-saving efforts were unsuccessful and the man died at the scene of the accident. The victim’s name has not been released pending notification of next of kin.
