4 injured in construction accident in Dawson

The incident occurred just before 3 p.m. Friday, according to Sergeant Paige Swanson of the Kidder County Sheriff’s Office. She said authorities are still investigating the incident.

The names of the four workers and the company they work for were not immediately released. Swanson said Saturday afternoon that the injured workers “all appear to be on the road to recovery.”

She described the building as a barn of sorts, right next to State Highway 10. She said it was a private project.

The sheriff’s office expects to release more information next week.
