5 biggest storylines for the Buffalo Bills entering next minicamp

The Buffalo Bills have released longtime starting center Mitch Morse and the move could have a domino effect on other positions on the offensive line. The coaching staff certainly has some options here and this week will be the first real opportunity to gather information on who the top five might be.

One option would be for the Bills to move Connor McGovern from left guard to center. The Bills signed McGovern as a free agent last offseason and he would start every game at left guard. This type of move makes sense if the coaching staff wants a veteran to fill this key position on the offensive line.

Another option would be rookie Sedrick Van Pran-Granger, who they drafted in the fifth round of the 2024 NFL Draft. He has been a starter for the Georgia Bulldogs for the past few years and has plenty of experience at the position. If he can take on that role, then that would allow the Bills to keep McGovern at left guard and could give them their best offensive line.
