Actor Sues Kevin Spacey for ‘PTSD Due to Sexual Assault’

Kevin Spacey is being sued by a young actor who claims he was the victim of “sexual assault and emotional abuse” after meeting him at the Old Vic Theater in London.

The younger actor claimed he was sexually abused by the Oscar winner after being invited to his home to discuss his career development.

Spacey, 64, was acquitted of charges of sexually assaulting the younger man and causing a person to engage in penetrative sexual activity following a criminal trial at Southwark Crown Court last July.

The alleged victim had already filed a civil claim for damages with the High Court. He claims he appeared in a play at the Old Vic in 2008 when Spacey was there.
