Former Miami Dolphins cornerback Xavien Howard is still looking for a new NFL home, but he’s dealing with a serious problem off the field. According to new court documents filed Thursday and obtained by CBS News Miami, Howard is accused of distributing photos and videos of himself and other women having sex in order to humiliate and emotionally distress them. He’s also accused of sending that material to an underage boy.

A document filed by “John Doe” explained that Howard had the cell phone numbers of a woman’s children so that the woman could text Howard when her own phone died. The woman deleted the text messages between her and Howard on the other phones before returning to hers. There was allegedly an instance where Howard sent the woman’s “sexually explicit material” to her son when Howard and the woman were arguing. The boy was a minor at the time and saw the content on his iCloud account after the mother deleted it from his phone. Howard had impregnated the woman and allegedly demanded that she have an abortion.

In a filing by “Jane Doe,” Howard is accused of sending several sexual videos and photos of various women to other people. When Jane discovered this, she asked Howard why he shared these videos with other people. He allegedly replied that he wanted to “upset her because she didn’t want to have sex with him.”

The Dolphins parted ways with Howard, 30, in March and designated him as released after June 1. The Pro Bowl cornerback had three years left on his five-year, $90 million contract, and his release saved Miami $18.5 million.
