Police presence in shops in English Village

HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, Pa. – Horsham Township Police are on scene at the Shoppes in English Village due to an incident overnight, Horsham ChATs said.

“There will be a police presence in the area for a period of time,” Horsham Community Police Services said on Patch Wednesday. “But there is no danger to the public.”

Horsham ChATs declined to release further details. Further information on the incident would be announced later in the day, it said.

“We ask everyone to avoid the area of ​​the Shoppes for the next few hours so that police officers can do their work,” Horsham told ChATs.

The Shoppes at English Village at 1460 Bethlehem Pike is a unique collection of clothing, specialty shops, restaurants and services. These include a Trader Joe’s and a Turning Point Restaurant.
