Atlanta Braves News: Bats fall silent in Washington, MLB Pipeline’s mock draft, more

The Atlanta Braves had a dismal night offensively in Friday’s 2-1 loss to the Washington Nationals. Although Chris Sale was excellent with ten strikeouts, it wasn’t enough to defeat his division rivals.

The Braves’ only run came in the eighth when Matt Olson singled to score Marcell Ozuna.

Atlanta went 1 for 8 with runners in scoring position and left seven men behind. The club falls to 35-26 and looks to get back in the win column this afternoon.
