Goffstown man charged with child rape in Allenstown: court report

Massachusetts man charged with child abuse in Concord; New Orleans man charged with voter suppression; New Jersey man charged with identity fraud.

CONCORD, NH – A Merrimack County grand jury recently indicted the following individuals.

Kevin Juszkiewicz, 52, of Elm Street in Goffstown, charged with four counts of aggravated sexual assault. He was accused of repeatedly raping and sexually assaulting a girl in Allenstown between August 20, 2011, and August 20, 2017.

James Kelly, 60, of Bogart Road in River Edge, New Jersey, is charged with identity fraud. He is accused of impersonating someone else to obtain money, credit, goods, services, and other items of value from Verizon on September 15, 2023, in New London.

Steven Kramer, 55, of Napoleon Avenue in New Orleans, Louisiana, charged with two counts of bribery, intimidation and oppression. He is accused of attempting to dissuade two voters from voting in the nation’s first-in-the-nation 2024 primary by creating a fake, recorded phone message from Joe Biden to two New Hampshire voters. Richard Kuchinsky, 54, a homeless man currently residing in Concord, is charged with two counts of theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Target in Hooksett on November 2, 2023, and from Target in Concord on November 10, 2023, after being previously convicted of two counts of theft.

Jamie Locke, 47, of Hoover Circle in Loudon, was convicted on Feb. 22 in Concord of possession of a controlled drug – methamphetamine. He had prior convictions for possession of meth, both felonies. Locke was convicted of sale of a controlled drug in Merrimack County Superior Court in January 2013.

Albert Magnifico, 53, was in prison at the time of the indictment on charges of fraud and false statements under the Medicaid program. He was accused of filing a false or fraudulent claim in Concord between September 28 and December 10, 2023.

Lawrence J. McClosky, 61, a homeless man currently residing in Concord, was charged with delivery of prohibited items (buprenorphine) on October 12, 2023, at the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen.

Yadiel Ortega Montero, 22, of Prospect Street in Concord or Marlborough, Massachusetts, for criminal damage to property and four counts of second-degree assault on a child under 13 – domestic violence, all felonies. He was accused of punching a boy in the face, pulling his hair and hitting him on the head on Feb. 24 in Concord, punching him in the head between Jan. 1 and 31 in Concord, and damaging four interior doors and a dressing table in a domestic partner’s bedroom between Jan. 1, 2022, and Feb. 2 in Concord. Todd Spataro, 57, of last known address on Airport Road in Concord, for possession of psilocybin, possession of cocaine and possession of fentanyl (all felonies) on February 3 in Concord.

Matthew P. Story, 39, a homeless man currently residing in Concord, was charged with theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of stealing merchandise from a New Hampshire State Liquor Store in Concord on Jan. 10 after being convicted of theft in January 2019 and March 2022 in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Thomas P. Turck, 47, of Laurier Street in Goffstown on a controlled drug felony charge of possession of prohibited meth in Hooksett on February 21, 2021.

John Woods, 77, formerly of Hopkinton, charged with aggravated sexual assault and aggravated sexual battery, both felonies. He was accused of administering an intoxicating substance to a woman and inserting a part of his body or an object into her and groping her on March 4, 2022, in Hopkinton.
