$10 million lawsuit filed on behalf of man killed in plane crash near Dayton airport – WHIO TV 7 and WHIO Radio

DAYTON – A $10 million lawsuit has been filed on behalf of a victim of a fatal plane crash near Dayton International Airport.

The accident occurred on April 1 along the Airport Access Road at Boeing Drive.

The wrongful death lawsuit was filed on behalf of the wife of Richard Turnbull, who was a passenger and one of four people in the same vehicle who died in the crash. The lawsuit alleges they were struck at the intersection by a man who was exceeding the speed limit and driving under the influence of alcohol.
