Two people arrested for prostitution during undercover investigation at a New Windsor spa

Two people from Queens are facing charges of illegal business practices and prostitution in Orange County following an undercover investigation.

New Windsor police said they received complaints from residents and businesses reporting suspicious activity at two spa areas in the city.

The department worked with state police to investigate unlicensed massages performed at 207 Spa on Little Britain Road and Sun and Moon Spa on Old Forge Hill Road.

The undercover investigators say neither Choi Chun Ok, 57, nor Geumsun Yi, 55, have a professional massage license. They also say the two solicited the officers to perform sexual acts.

They were arrested and charged with illegal practice and prostitution.

Both were released and are scheduled to appear in New Windsor Town Court on July 23.
