Police investigate ‘public nuisance’ incident in Helston

The public is asked to come forward with any information required regarding a suspected radiation incident in Helston this week.

Following an alleged incident of indecent or offensive behavior on Tuesday, June 4, police are appealing for information.

The reported incident is said to have occurred on the lane leading from the town centre down to Grange Road (between Yeoman’s Garage and Lady Vintage Eve).

However, police confirmed they were called to Grange Road at 9.40pm after a man exposed himself.

A spokesman for Devon and Cornwall Police said: “It was reported that the man was lurking outside a property and exposed himself when asked before leaving the scene.”

“Officers were at the scene and searched the area.
