Houston police chase leads suspect to strike pedestrian on Rebecca Street in South Union/Greater Old Spanish Trail area, HPD says

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — A police chase in Houston ended Thursday evening in a neighborhood near the I-610 South Loop, where they said the suspect struck a pedestrian.

The Houston Police Department said its investigation began in the 3400 block of Rebecca Street, near the South Loop-Highway 288 interchange, in the South Union/Greater Old Spanish Trail area.

Police have not released anything other than a tweet posted at 8:57 p.m., including the condition of the pedestrian, whether they arrested the suspect and where the pursuit began.
