Accident with injuries on Highway 81 in Daviess Co.

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – DCSO patrol and fire rescue crews are on scene of a crash with injuries in the 7300 block of Highway 81.

Police officials said an off-road vehicle carrying teenagers was struck by a car. There are injuries and several people were taken by ambulance to a local hospital.

DCSO reports that the DCSO Accident Reconstruction Unit is en route to the scene and the road will remain closed for several hours.

The public is asked to avoid the area.
