Knife attacker arrested after argument: Mobile police

MOBILE, Alabama (WKRG) – A woman was arrested and a man was hospitalized after an argument turned into a stabbing, according to Mobile police.

A press release from the MPD said officers were called to the Coastal Pointe Apartments at 608 Azalea Road around 6 p.m. Wednesday for a “domestic incident involving a stabbed victim.”

LOCATION OF INCIDENT:

When police arrived, the victim had already been taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, the press release said.

Officials said there was an argument between a man and his girlfriend, now identified as 28-year-old Sharranda Parker of Mobile, during which she allegedly cut him with a knife.

Parker was arrested and charged with domestic violence.
