Lancaster County man charged with raping child

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – A Lancaster County man has been arrested for alleged sex crimes spanning more than a decade.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police, troopers arrested 71-year-old Frank Breneman of Lititz in connection with alleged sex crimes in Lancaster County between 2004 and 2016. Breneman is alleged to have sexually abused two victims between the ages of 4 and 11.

During the investigation, officers identified another victim who reported similar experiences to Breneman. Some of the victims were Breneman’s foster children and were abused while living in his home.

Brenemen was charged with rape of a child, involuntary deviant sexual intercourse, sexual assault, sexual assault of a minor and indecent abuse of a child.
