BROWNSVILLE, Texas (ValleyCentral) — An investigation is underway in Brownsville after a dog was possibly killed by a PVC pipe.

According to police, the incident occurred Wednesday in the 100 block of Laura Lane.


The investigation is ongoing and according to police there are currently no suspects.
