At-risk Minnesota teenager reported missing

St. Paul, MN (KROC-AM News) – The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension has issued a statewide missing person alert for a teenager.

The alert was issued Thursday afternoon on behalf of Ramsey County Child Protection Services and the St. Paul Police Department. He was last seen Wednesday evening.

The Bulletin says 14 years old Haroon Aymen Misawi left the care of Ramsey County Child Protection at Children’s Hospital in St. Paul. Authorities say he left the facility around 10 p.m. Wednesday night.

Haroon is believed to be autistic and his mental state is unknown, officials say. His direction of travel is unknown.

The 14-year-old boy is described as 6′ tall, 150 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a green polo shirt, dark khaki shorts and brown sandals.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 911 or St. Paul police at 651-291-1111.
