According to the Houthis, three ships carrying military equipment were attacked on their way to Haifa

The Yemeni Houthis say they have carried out two attacks on ships carrying military equipment heading towards the northern Israeli port of Haifa, spokesman Yahya Saree said on Thursday.

Together with the Islamic Resistance Movement in Iraq, another Iran-backed group that represents several Shiite militias in the country, the Houthis attacked three ships in two separate military operations.

They deployed “multiple drones” as part of their ongoing hostilities against Israel, its Western allies and international shipping through the Red Sea.

“The joint operation in Haifa port is a response to the Israeli enemy’s massacres in the Rafah area,” Saree said, “and the Israeli enemy must expect more high-quality joint operations in the coming period until its brutal, criminal aggression ends and the siege on our brothers in the Gaza Strip is lifted.”

Since Gaza terrorists attacked Israel on October 7, the Houthis have launched attacks against Israel and disrupted international shipping with rocket and drone attacks.

Iran played a key role in the aggression of both the Houthis and the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, which attempted to attack Israel and US interests in the region with drones.
