Kevin Spacey is facing a civil lawsuit in the UK over sexual harassment charges

The 64-year-old actor is facing trial in Britain after being sued by a Briton who accused him of sexual assault. The man, who could not be identified for legal reasons, claimed Spacey sexually assaulted him in August 2008, adding that he suffered “psychiatric harm and other financial loss” as a result of the alleged assault. The House of Cards actor has denied the allegations. A trial date has not yet been set, but documents are expected to be exchanged early next year.
