No injuries reported in multi-vehicle crash in Morris

On Wednesday, June 5, a multi-vehicle accident was reported in Morris at approximately 11:40 a.m.^th.

The accident involving a car and a semi-trailer occurred at the intersection of Illinois Avenue and Route 47 near the Illinois River Bridge. Due to the incident and cleanup efforts, northbound traffic was backed up on the bridge.

Southbound traffic was also very slow following the incident. Exact details of the accident have not yet been released but are still being investigated. No injuries were reported.
