$1 Margarita Alert!! – PoPville

Aaron Seyedian founded the cleaning company Well-Paid Maids in June 2017 and began offering cleaning services in the Washington DC metropolitan area with his three employees, including himself, in August of that year.

At the time, he paid cleaners a living wage of $16 an hour plus benefits.

Today, Well-Paid Maids has grown to a team of about 35 employees. Cleaners now earn a starting wage of $24 per hour. They also receive benefits such as health, vision, dental and life insurance, 24 paid vacation days per year, 100% employer-paid travel expenses and more.
