NYPD: On-duty MTA conductor attacked in Queens subway station

JAMAICA, Queens (PIX11) – An MTA conductor was hit by a car while breaking up a fight at a Queens station on May 20, according to the NYPD.

The fight broke out around 11:50 p.m. on the platform of the Jamaica Center–Parsons/Archer station, police said.


The 36-year-old conductor was just intervening when a man punched him in the face, causing minor injuries, authorities said.

The suspect is described as a man aged between 35 and 40 with a slim build. He was last seen wearing a blue hoodie, grey jeans and a black du-rag.
