According to the lawsuit, Kanye did not object to Pisciotta making money from OnlyFans and through social media. However, he later demanded that he be treated “godlike” and pressured her to delete her account in exchange for an additional million dollars, the lawsuit says. Although Pisciotta complied with his demands, she claims the rapper began sexually harassing her.

“My problem is I want to fuck, but after I fuck, I want a girl to tell me how hard she got fucked while I fuck her. Then I want her to cheat on me,” read one of the texts from Kanya to Pisciotta mentioned in the lawsuit. According to the lawsuit, in another text message to Pisciotta, the “Runaway” singer wrote, “Is my dick racist? I’m going to stare at pictures of white women with black asses and beat my racist dick.” Pisciotta said the rapper was obsessed with her partners’ “penis size” and would jerk off during conversations with her, Rolling Stone reported.

She also recounted in her lawsuit a horrific incident in which Kanye “locked” her in his room during a flight to Paris after closing the door, which could not be opened from the inside. Rolling Stone reports that while sitting in a chair across from West, who was lying on his bed, Pisciotta began massaging her under the covers and eventually fell asleep.

She also stated in the lawsuit that she was promoted to chief of staff for Kanye’s various companies in September 2022 and was promised a $3 million bonus, after which she was fired with the offer of a $3 million severance package. Pisciotta claimed she never received the severance package.

In response to Pisciotta’s lawsuit, Kanye’s legal representative issued a statement saying the rapper would file a lawsuit against Pisciotta, who “actively sexually pursued him in order to obtain employment and other material benefits, and then, when her advances were rebuffed, engaged in extortion and coercion.” It went on to say that Pisciotta “stole” the rapper’s cell phone “in order to destroy phone records that would contradict her claims, all of which were preserved.”

Last month, Kanye’s chief of staff Milo Yiannopoulus left the company after he announced plans to create a pornography division.
