According to police, the victim was attacked from behind and sexually assaulted by an unknown assailant on Thursday, May 30, around noon.

The DPD has created a mugshot of the suspect and made it available to the public.

The suspect is described as a thin white man with a small stomach, clean-cut red hair and a beard. He is approximately 5’5″ tall and was last seen wearing a blue crew neck shirt. Police say he may have scratches on his face and body.

Investigators are asking anyone with information about this incident or who sees someone matching the suspect’s description to call 911.

Dallas police urge the public to “take good safety precautions,” such as being aware of their surroundings, leaving home with others and staying in well-lit areas at night.
